"I informed the office very clearly that the Insurance on the house I rent was to end by April 1. It was ended instead on June 1. I was billed for insurance on both the house I rent and the apartment in April and May. He refused to refund the money. In addition, the billing was so messed up that one month I was billed over $200 and the next around $20 with no change whatsoever in the services. Very incompetent office staff."
"Cindy, thanks for your feedback. We do want to again clarify an important point for you and for others who may read this: Our local State Farm office does NOT handle or control billing – all billing is managed directly by State Farm corporate. While we are always happy to assist our customers with questions and help them navigate issues, we do not have the ability to process, adjust, or refund billing.
With that being said: Our office did a policy for your new address effective 4-1-25. Once that policy issued the system is supposed to automatically cancel the old policy but for some reason yours didn’t. This is done through corporate, and our office has nothing to do with that part of the process.
On 7-11-25 you reached out to the office to let us know you were still being billed for both policies. At that time, the office took action to cancel the old policy retroactively back to the original date of 4-1-25 and informed you that you would receive a refund on your next bill for any overpayment, which you did.
On 8-11-25 you received a refund in the form of a credit for your overpayment.
We also want to note that our team takes great pride in providing excellent customer service, which is reflected in the 190+ positive reviews we’ve received from other customers. We’re sorry to hear you feel differently, however we did everything we could to help you resolve this issue. Again, we do NOT control billing, and we assisted you in every way we could have. Thanks for your attention to this important matter."

"Definitely did some shopping around for full coverage and I had a real hard time finding someone who would represent me at a decent price.
